These Terms of Use govern your use of https://sisiandseb.com (the "Site"), operated by SISI GROUP LLC, 345 Warfield Ave., VENICE, FL 34285, USA. By using the Site, creating an account, buying products or subscribing to membership you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's permission, to buy products or a membership.
2. Recipes and content
All recipes, text, page designs, graphics and code on the Site are owned by or licensed to SISI GROUP LLC and protected by copyright. You may print or save recipes for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, scrape or redistribute our content, or remove members-only content from behind the paywall, without written permission. Photographs are used under the Pexels license and remain subject to it.
3. Membership
Membership gives access to recipes marked "Members" for as long as your membership is active. Plans are billed in advance at the price shown when you subscribe (currently $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year, in USD) and renew automatically until you turn off renewal from your account page. If you turn off renewal, access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days notice.
4. Store orders
Product descriptions and prices are provided in good faith, but errors can happen. We may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error and refund any amount charged. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Returns are handled under our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break security, overload our systems, use automated tools to copy content, submit false payment information or impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is". Cooking involves heat, sharp tools and allergens; please read our Disclaimer. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SISI GROUP LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SISI GROUP LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
