We want every order from the SisianDseb Recipes kitchen store, and every membership, to feel worth it. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations work for purchases from SISI GROUP LLC.
1. Store returns
- Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- To start a return, email info@sisiandseb.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- For hygiene reasons, opened pantry goods (such as oils, salts, spices and honey) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
2. Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
3. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are refundable only for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
4. Membership cancellations
- You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- New monthly memberships ($19.99) and annual memberships ($199.99) may be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of the first payment.
- Annual renewals may be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date. After that, membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
