This Privacy Policy explains how SISI GROUP LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit https://sisiandseb.com (the "Site"), create an account, buy from the SisianDseb Recipes kitchen store or join our membership. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you register we collect your name, email address and a password, which we store only as a one-way hash. When you place an order we collect your shipping name, address and email. When you subscribe we record the plan you chose, the dates of your membership, and the brand and last four digits of the card you used. We never store full card numbers or security codes. When you write to us through the contact form we keep your name, email, topic and message.
Information collected automatically. Our servers record standard log data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of each request. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and your browser's local storage to remember your cart and whether you dismissed our cookie notice. See our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Site, your account, your membership access and your orders.
- To send transactional messages such as order confirmations and password reset links.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and debug problems.
- To understand, in aggregate, which recipes and features are useful so we can improve them.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
3. When we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site (for example hosting, email delivery and shipping carriers), and only as needed for them to do that work; when the law requires it; or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users and SISI GROUP LLC. If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.
4. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is open. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact messages are deleted after two years unless they are part of an ongoing matter. Password reset tokens expire after one hour.
5. Your choices and rights
You can update your name from your account page. You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to info@sisiandseb.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and we honor them.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, prepared database queries and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
